Rob began his career with Chick-fil-A as a cook at the age of seventeen in Coral Springs, Florida. Rob graduated from The Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration. While a student, he managed a Chick-fil-A location and was also involved in several student leadership positions within the College of Business.
Upon graduation, Rob became a franchisee with Chick-fil-A in Midland, Texas, and subsequently owned a franchise in Smyrna, GA. Currently, he resides in West Palm Beach, Florida, and owns two Chick-fil-A franchises.
Rob and his wife Jennifer have three children.
