Robert Hattori

Robert Hattori has worked in the telecommunications industry for over 25 years. His responsibilities included sales, sales support, operations and customer care. During his career with Cox Communications, he has been responsible for managing call centers, engineers and support staff of up to 300 employees. In his role as Vice President of Operations at Cox’s corporate office, Robert has developed and deployed processes and software applications to support annual revenue growth from $90 million to over $1 billion.
