Emery Shane

Emery Shane serves as a Principal and Managing Director for the SHANE Investment Property Group, a boutique investment firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. His firm brokers Shopping Centers, Office Buildings, and Single Tenant properties nationwide. He has personally brokered over $1 billion of investment real estate, and has overseen the closing over $5 billion through his role as Manager.

Mr. Shane is a twenty-seven year veteran of the real estate business, having begun his career in 1980. Prior to forming SHANE Investment Property Group, Mr. Shane was an East Coast Director for retail properties for another top 10 national firm. For the same ifrm he was either the number 1 or number 3 producer in Los Angeles county in leased investment property sales, and was number 11 nationally. Additionally, he successfully ran an office ranked in the top 8 in the nation.

In 2001, due to the direct needs of his clients, he founded SHANE Investment Property Group to ensure that clients would continue to receive the service and national access no longer available in traditional firms. Firms now model many innovations created by him.

As additional background, Mr. Shane, was a site and leasing representative in retail for national and regional tenants. In addition he built three shopping centers, handling all phases of the site selection, land acquisition, entitlements, financing, leasing, and the eventual sale of each property.  This experience, along with his extensive sales experience, allows Mr. Shane to position each property to its maximum advantage, and to explain all aspects of the properties he sells to prospective buyers.
