Tom Gwaltney

Tom Gwaltney is the owner of several businesses; Oasys Practice, LLC and Oasys Environments, LLC.  Oasys Practice was founded in 1994 and develops, supports and markets software solutions to dental specialists.  Oasys Environments markets and sells homeowner upgrades such as bath glass enclosures, stairway spindles, metal door hardware and gutter and downspout replacements.  Tom also serves on the board of several non profit entities. His business expertise includes several sales and marketing positions prior to his first entrepreneurial endeavor as part owner of a retail jewelry chain from 1976 – 1979.  He then worked for 3M in their dental division until 1983 at which time he was one of the founders of a dental software company named OMS Inc..  Tom left OMS to create Oasys Practice, LLC in 1994.  Currently Tom oversees the daily operations of Oasys Practice along with his duties at his new start up company, Oasys Environments.
